Article 2 – Definitions
In these Legal Notices and General Terms of Use, the terms listed below shall have the following meanings:
- Terms of Use: refers to these Terms of Use, which govern the User’s use of the Site.
- Content: refers to any text, image, video, logo, graphic element, sound, animation, software, or any other element incorporated into or made accessible through the Site.
- Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the GDPR.

The Publisher is not liable for any damages caused to the User, third parties, and/or the User’s equipment as a result of the User’s connection to or use of the site, and the User waives any right to bring a claim against the Publisher in this regard.
If the Publisher were to become the subject of an out-of-court or legal proceeding as a result of the User’s use of the site, the Publisher may seek recourse against the User to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, judgments, and costs that may arise from such a proceeding.
