Establishment of the MADIC Americas subsidiary in the U.S.
We are pleased to announce the establishment of MADIC Americas, a new subsidiary of the MADIC Group, marking a key milestone in the international expansion of our business.
With this strategic expansion into the Americas, we are reaffirming our commitment to strengthening our international presence and bringing our innovative solutions closer to our local customers and partners.
MADIC Americas' product focus will be on:
- The EVO Suite, our comprehensive range of software and digital solutions for managing and optimizing gas stations and retail locations,
- MG Pay payment terminals combine performance, security, and flexibility to meet the needs of operators in the energy and retail sectors.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Raphaël Rivera as Director of MADIC Americas. Drawing on his experience and in-depth knowledge of our business lines and markets, Raphaël will be responsible for leading the subsidiary’s growth, building local teams, and implementing the Group’s strategy in this new geographic region.
